My varied career of over 30 years includes being an IT Consultant, Project Manager, Trainer, Coach and Counsellor.
I'm married, with three (grown-up) children and I'm based in the UK, having also lived in Cyprus and Dubai.
I've been lucky to work in many places around the world including Kenya, Barbados, Singapore, Oman, Egypt, Morocco, India, Dubai, the USA and of course here in the UK.
One of the most privileged opportunities I was given was to help create and set up a computerised clinical records system in the community attached to the Gandhi ashram in Ahmedabad, India. This was probably one of the most profound ways of bringing the two very different sides of my career together.
It's taken me a long time to get this wonderful state of being 'Unstressed' but I hope that I can help you to make that trip in a much shorter time and with fewer 'miles on the clock'.
