So what does that mean for
you?
Well the first thing we would do is have a chat to discuss what you'd like to achieve or change. The main purpose of the call is to get to know each other a little better and to help find out if we could be a good fit During that call we will explore your goals and timeline in more detail and decide whether this is something I can help you with.
Step two is to decide together on a package that is suitable to meet your goals, your time frame, budget, and the time you want to spend together working on those goals. Sometimes I will go away and work on a proposal then come back to you to make a suggestion and sometimes I might propose a package at the end of our first call.
Coaching packages are usually 3, 6, 9 or 12 Months duration, depending on your goal timeline.
We start with a strategy session of either 2 hours, or a half or full day. (Again depending on the goal timeline). Ideally this is a face-to-face session and options are available for the chosen location.
Your periodic coaching sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly; these are typically one hour and can be online or at my office in Newark.
Periodically we would have an interim strategy review to ensure that we are on target for your desired outcome. (Length and location depending on package duration).
Between meetings we would stay in contact via email.
We can tailor the packages further if required, i.e. with longer sessions or different frequencies.
Some clients are just looking for one or two sessions to talk through a dilemma or to help them make a short term decision and this is also available at an hourly rate.
